Performs its functions very well. I use this with my Bose Acustimass speaker system and the sound quality is excellent. I love being able to dim or even turn off the lighted display panel. The receiver lacks advanced features: no equalizer. If you plan on using this with your TV be sure that you source has RCA audio outputs: this unit has no digital inputs (SPDIF, TOSLINK, etc.)

I've had it now for about a year, and i use it to power 4 sets of speakers around my house.One word describes it: excellent - at any price - I paid less than $100 I've had many very expensive amplifiers - and this one has nothing to envy from them - it's amazing they can do this for this price. Excellent features, excellent sound. excellent quality

Just wanted a receiver to listen to FM, my CD and LP collections and my Creative Zen MP3 player (Aux input). It does all these things very nicely. Can't vouch for the sound quality as my hearing isn't what it used to be, but my wife says it sounds just as good as my old audiophile A/V receiver.
