Return Policy

TheDeepDiscount offers an exclusive 45-day exchange/refund policy on Marketplace purchases. This return policy represents terms and conditions that the buyer agrees to when placing an order with TheDeepDiscount. All returns must be double-boxed and require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number written on the outside of the shipping carton. For an RA (Return Authorization) number or warranty info, please call Customer Service at 1(800) 257-3762 or email . Please note that an RMA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

These returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. No refund will be given on original S&H. Items sold with free shipping will have actual shipping cost deducted prior to the restocking fee.

Opened items are covered by warranty only. We do not ship out replacements until we receive the original order back. All new products (unless otherwise noted) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. All refurbished products (unless otherwise noted) are typically warranted for a 90 day period. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at TheDeepDiscount's discretion, unless otherwise required by law
